OCTO’s conductors are each rolled 8 times – every time in the same direction – to achieve the very fine structure in the silver, which is the hallmark of a Bertram cable. The very high material quality rubs off on the sound signature from this cable: Extremely well dissolved, fast, and with great authority and dynamics. Soundstaging is excellent.
OCTO has (like all our cables) ultra low capacitance and fits all types of high-end systems.
OCTO unbalanced signal cables are terminated with WBT NextGen Silver, which is laser welded to the cable, or with OYAIDE SLSC silver plugs – also with laser welding .
OCTO balanced signal cable is terminated with OYAIDE FOCUS XLR connectors with laser welding.
OCTO speaker cable terminated with WBT NextGen Silver spades / bananas, which are screwed onto the cable, or with laser welded OYAIDE spades
